Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or requesting a demo, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to use WALOOP's messaging, voice, and automation services in compliance with applicable laws and the policies of connected platforms, including Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and India's TRAI/DLT regulations for commercial messaging.

You may not use WALOOP to send unsolicited spam, unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, or to violate the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the policies of our messaging and telecom partners.

We aim to maintain high platform availability in line with our published uptime targets, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis and may be affected by factors outside our control, including third-party carrier or Meta platform outages.

Fees for WALOOP's plans and usage-based charges (such as per-message or per-minute rates) are as agreed at signup or in your commercial agreement with us. Fees are billed in accordance with the payment terms provided during onboarding.

WALOOP retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including its software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of the content and data you send through the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WALOOP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including losses caused by third-party channel outages beyond our control.

Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the terms of your commercial agreement. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of WALOOP after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
